"We had a great time and the hotel and staff were great. The location is perfect. Easy walk to PNC, Market Square, subway and right at Point State Park. Valet parking was great, I've used private decks staying here before but pay a little extra for valet here, especially if you plan to drive anywhere. Only issue was the pull out sofa in the Jr Suite was awful. Not sure there is ever a good pull out sleeper but this one was terrible. Other than that everything about the hotel and the stay was awesome."

"This is our 2nd visit. We love this place! It was great for the kids. We took our granddaughters ages 4 and 6 on this trip. We stayed in a treehouse cabin that was perfect for us. The water park and daily activities are better than expected. Highly recommend this place especially if you have smaller children."

"My first visit to Pittsburgh was a great experience. We drove in from the Philadelphia suburbs to cheer on the Phillies at the Pirates ballpark and were treated to an exciting come from behind win. The hotel was the perfect home base for our trip-very clean, well maintained, and located right on the riverfront. It was also conveniently close to the ballpark, which made getting to and from the game easy and enjoyable. We also loved that there were plenty of restaurants nearby, all with in a short distance of the hotel. The staff was welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing, fun stay. Pittsburgh exceeded my expectations, and this hotel played a big part in making my first visit so memorable. I would definitely stay here again!"
