「Not clean, no butter in the breakfast time!」

「Pool is great for families with small kids there is a 1 foot section and a bigger pool that goes too 6 feet breakfast next door also offers buffet for a small fee. Was there 4 days highly recommended shuttle right there brings you to Dollywood and the island a lot of shops right there and all the dolly plays across street. Washer and dryers on site and ramps and elevator.」

「Felt a little unsafe. Property didn’t look well kept. The person who checked me in was wonderful. When I got to my room it smelled bad. The bed and bathroom were clean. I would only stay here again if I had no other choice. The couch in the room was torn & tattered too.」

「Twice I stayed, two years apart and it's showing its age. Seems clean but lacks in overall cleanliness. Beds need replacing, sheets weren't totally clean, pillows are uncomfortable and carpets need cleaning. There are way too many employee areas and lots to be remodeled. Staff is generally nice but they don't seem to appreciate being productive and parking in the covered area that's for unloading and loading for customers.」
