“Not clean, no butter in the breakfast time!”

“Felt a little unsafe. Property didn’t look well kept. The person who checked me in was wonderful. When I got to my room it smelled bad. The bed and bathroom were clean. I would only stay here again if I had no other choice. The couch in the room was torn & tattered too.”

“Even though the rooms were supposed to be smoke-free, they smelled terrible. The towels were dirty.”

“When we arrived and checked in we went to our room. There were mouse droppings on the desk in the room and blood or some sort of stain on the bedspread. We asked for another room and they didn’t have any available. We left and tried to find other arrangements and there were non to be found because of a truck show in the area. They supposedly cleaned the room again for us. Unfortunately we had to stay there that night. We got up the next morning to take our showers and when we opened up the……

“No one stays at Red Roof for high end luxury. This is about good value and a comfortable place to sleep. We came for a graduation at UTenn in Knoxville and this hotel fit the bill. The room is small but clean. The lobby is quiet and there is always a fresh pot of coffee on. The hotel is convenient to the highway and less than 20 minutes to downtown. We would stay there again.”
