Holiday Home 'Villa du Soleil Levant' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi & Air Conditioning

Located in Apt, in the Luberon, Villa du Soleil Levant offers a spacious 90 m² holiday home, ideal for 4 guests. You’ll find 3 bedrooms (one is a walk-through to the main bedroom) and 1 bathroom, plus a fully equipped kitchen. The house features air conditioning, a fan, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine for your comfort. Families with children will appreciate the baby cot, high chair, as well as shared toys and books.



Enjoy the private garden, covered terrace, and open terrace—all for your exclusive use and offering stunning mountain views. A private barbecue is available for outdoor meals in a natural setting.



There are 2 shared parking spaces on-site and a communal bike storage room. Pets and events are not allowed. A shared electric vehicle charging station is available for an extra fee, and guests are asked to use air conditioning responsibly, turning it off when away to avoid additional charges. Access may be challenging for very low vehicles.



The home is close to public transport and has step-free indoor access. A ski storage room is available. The host’s mother lives on the ground floor, ensuring a peaceful environment for all guests.

Mooi appartement met zeer ruim terras. Fantastisch uitzicht over Apt en rustig gelegen. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren. Schoon en van allerlei gemakken voorzien. Zoals op de foto's. Dank jullie wel voor een top week.

Hosts Patrick & Clara have created a beautiful vacation rental. Kitchen gadgets new, plentiful. Grand dining table! Magnificent views! The following comments are meant to help you ask questions, so that you can fully enjoy “Apartment du Soleil Levant”. Draille des Rabassiers is narrow and hilly. If you’re driving… to get to the apartment from the car port, you’d walk away from the car port area, go around the ornate gate, continue walking 12 meters UPHILL, unlock a white gate, walk another 10 meters (flat), then descend 13 steps to reach the front door of the apartment. Since we didn’t have a car, the UPHILL walk from the bottom of Draille des Rabassiers to the ornate gate was about 24 meters.ABOUT the ROOMS INSIDE the APARTMENT:Air conditioning in two rooms - the large bedroom and the third bedroom.The huge wooden beams across the ceiling in the large bedroom; a medium-height person would need to duck when moving about.In order to get to the third bedroom, you have to go through the second bedroom. The narrow second bedroom has a narrow bed (not a double bed as listed).The toilette is by itself; there is no toilette in the bathroom. Wifi signal served only 2 areas - the large bedroom and the living room/kitchen.Knowing that Patrick's mother lives in the original section of the house gave us peace of mind.I wish Patrick & Clara much success being VRBO hosts. I wish everyone excellent health and happiness. Je souhaite à tous une excellente santé et du bonheur.
