Stunning 220 degree ocean view in Rio Del Mar!
The Space:
Perfectly located just steps to Rio Del Mar Beach, this 2BR/2BA condo boasts incredible 220- degree ocean views of Monterey Bay. You'll also enjoy access to a heated pool just a short walk away (May-October).
Take in the stunning vistas from the spacious living area and kitchen, which offer a cozy gas fireplace and a convenient wet bar. Or concoct a crisp drink and step outside to the private deck with brand-new furniture.
With one reserved parking space, this condo offers a great home base for exploring everything Santa Cruz has to offer! After a fun-filled day of coastal adventures, warm up by the gas fireplace in the main living area. Or get comfy on the plush couch and three armchairs and watch a movie on the 45-inch TV. You'll find everything you need in the well-equipped kitchen, including a gas range, microwave, and wine fridge. Serve up home-cooked dishes at the four-person dining table with two additional chairs and enjoy your meal with superb ocean views. Offering quiet privacy, the primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and an in-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and a guest bathroom provides a walk-in shower. A full-size washer/dryer is available.

There is a temporary hillside work May-September 2025) being done in front of the units. You will see workers accessing the hillside to work, on the right side of the unit, from the parking lot. There may be some noise during working hours (M-F 8-4)associated with this, and there will definitely be some construction trucks nearby.

The condo is conveniently located near a deli, market, restaurant and coffee shop. 2-miles from grocery story, restaurants, cinema, tennis court, gas station and much much more!
