Condo was nice, clean. Not kid friendly my 2 year old grandson just opened the front door when it was locked. Needs a more secure lock that kids can't open. Condo needs work, windows didn't open easy at all.

Beautiful ocean view room with all you need for an amazing weekend. We enjoyed a girls weekend away and it was the perfect spot for the 6 of us.

The condo has great views of the coast. You can see the ocean from both balconies on each floor. There is access to a path and stairs down to the beach behind the condo. The maintenance has been deferred on this property. The first floor carbon monoxide/smoke detector was detached from the ceiling and sitting on the stairs. The smoke alarms in the bedrooms upstairs appear to be the originals. It gets hot especially upstairs and as another review mentioned as well, the AC does not get the condo cool which was frustrating because we were traveling with our baby. The pots in the kitchen are at least a couple decades old with several scratches out of the bottom. The downstairs bathroom sink fills with water and drains very slowly. The screen doors on both balconies are very old and hard to open. Overall many aspects of this property could use some TLC. It’s likely better to go through the resort directly because even though you don’t know which exact condo you’ll receive, my guess is many of them are better cared for. The best part of this condo is the view.

The check in process was clearly communicated and the door lock entry code worked well. The unit is well stocked with kitchen items and basics like salt, pepper, oil etc.The rooms were clean and tidy and had a pile of beach towels for use. The furniture is different.. and darker than the picture. The screen doors need attention.. they are totally off the railsand even my ever so handy husband couldn’t fix them. The door to the laundry fell on my head as I walked past so there is definitely some deferred maintenance that needs attention. The location was convenient with a path just outside the unit leading to the beach a path with a combination of dirt and stairs. Beach is lovely long long walks available and located in a section where there are very few people.

We had such a wonderful stay! The condo was lovely, very clean, and had super comfy beds. The view was amazing — we even saw deer come out of the woods every evening, which was such a treat. The owner was incredibly kind and easy to work with. We’ll definitely rent here again!

Great place and ocean view

Clean and great place to stay. Close walk down to the beach. My family and i enjoyed everything about the property, pool, spa, restaurants close by.
