Great location and lots of space

We had a very nice three night stay. The house is spacious, uncluttered and functional. If I could wish for something I think adding an outdoor firepit and BBQ would be nice. Maybe a dining table on the very nice large upstairs terrace and some additional furniture. The location is hard to beat, just a few steps from Pleasure Point.

We had a great weekday getaway @ Awesome Beach House. Very easy to book, even on short notice, easy to access, parking immediately in front of the house. Neighbors were all friendly and pleasant. The house and property are beautiful and well maintained and cared for. Beach access was within walking distance, as well as a great breakfast spot/market. We had no issues at all and will definitely stay there again for future getaways. Thank you!

Wow!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Santa Cruz. This home is newly renovated and wonderfully decorated. It has a prime location a short walk from the coast, has all you could need in the kitchen/bathroom/bedrooms, and has an upper deck with the best view! Our party of five could not get over how CLEAN this property is...definitely the cleanest we have ever rented. We did not want to leave, and would return in a heartbeat if we could!

Perfect location

This property is in a great location with close proximity to the beach. The home was very clean and recently updated. As other guests noted, the parking is tight and only allows for 1 vehicle.

High Expectations Met and Exceeded!

If I could rate this property higher than 5/5 I would! My friends and I were so incredibly pleased with everything about this property. The location is perfect, just a block and a half from the beach in a really neighborhood. The house itself, OMG chef's kiss! Best vacation rental we've stayed in ever and will stay here again, for sure!!!

Spacious beach house w/ a view

Our family of six enjoyed this conveniently located beach house. There were tons of surfers at Pleasure Point, and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores for meals and supplies. The kitchen is well equipped for meals at home and the beds were very comfortable.

Extremely clean

LLoved how clean and new the place is and very functional and spacious too. Lots of options for outdoor seating too. Property management team was very responsive over email during our stay. Only minuses to cite : no outdoor cooking grill, parking spot available for only one car, street parking is tight. Would definitely stay here again

Great surf holiday with friends

We were a group of 5 (one couple) had the best time in Santa Cruz! Just a 5 min walk from Pleasure Point, which was perfect for us to keep an eye on the surf and get in the water twice a day. The house is open concept, kitchen fully equipped which we took full advantage of. We walked down to 41st street for ice cream and meals, too. Highly recommended for families or friends!

Wonderful place in Santa Cruz

We had a wonderful weekend at the house in Santa Cruz. It is completely remodeled and the layout and choices are wonderful for families. Plenty of sleeping options. Enough chairs at the dining table for everyone too. Amazing location near Pleasure Point. Definitely would stay there again. We loved it.

Great new house/location

Very new and spacious house. Missing a few details (e.g. no bath soaps - so bring your own). Lovely new furnishings. My main complaint is this house is managed by a property management company and so no personable or quick communication. Everything is form letters. That said, we had a lovely time, and everything worked out.
