One bedroom has a king bed with views of the ocean and a TV with DVD. The second room has a queen bed and a view of the complex swimming pool. Both rooms have private doors to the restroom, which is furnished with a bathtub.
You enter a bright living room with sprawling views of the bay and the famous Cement Ship. There is also a gas fireplace and flat screen TV with DVD. The living area has plenty of seating for a group of friends and family. Three barstools sit at the kitchen bar that look into the fully furnished kitchen; a great set up for entertaining, socializing and relaxing. To get a better look at the views, you can step onto the private deck located right off the living room. Here you will have use to a BBQ and outdoor seating. The home has a washing machine and dryer.
It is a very short walk to the famous "10 Mile Beach" The home is conveniently located near a well known deli (Pixie Deli), coffee shop, convenience store and high end restaurant (Cafe Rio). You are also within 2 miles from grocery stores, restaurants, cinema, gas stations, golf course, tennis court, and much more!
