「Very clean, comfortable house. Very quiet , quaint neighborhood! Beautiful view of the sea, great restaurants around. The property has lemons, orange and pear trees that you can consume if you want. The best part is the owner. Mirca is a beautiful soul, and she cares about your stay, and will go out of her way to make sure your time is pleasurable. She is the best part of this house. 」

「My husband and I stayed here for several days and enjoyed the space. It was very clean (I have high standards in this area) and everything was exactly as the listing noted, except we were pleasantly surprised to find a washer IN the unit, that came in so handy! There are a lot of steep stairs leading up to the unit and they are no joke. But that is true if you are coming to this area, period. There are lots of tiny, steep stairs everywhere. The ones at this apartment are no worse than anywhere...

「We stayed there for 5 nights (April 9 -14, 2017) at room no. 2. We had such an enjoyable time there as the owners, Mr. Viviano and Mrs. Carla and their sons, were very friendly to us. They gave us useful information concerning Montecatini and Tuscany. We really appreciated this family-run hotel. Our room was very clean and done every day. We also had a good sleep every night after long walks and sightseeing activites. The via F. Cavallotti road where the hotel is situated is very tranquil....

「Our host couldn’t be sweeter. Very helpful and accommodating. The house was perfectly located in a quiet area close to the beach. It was well appointed with washer (and detergent) and ability to split beds for making 2 for our children. There was AC throughout, but loved the windows open and the fresh air at night. Thank you!」

「We enjoyed our stay. Francesco is an excellent host who met us on-site to give instructions. The breakfast items were a great touch and much appreciated. The apartment is spotless, and the beds are comfortable. We loved the location, within a few steps there is a cafe, it's close to the tower and the shopping street across the river. We would definitely stay here again.」

「My wife and I spent four nights and three days in Riomaggiore using this location as a base for our day trips hiking between villages. The apartment could not have been any closer to the train station and there were absolutely no hills to climb to get there. Amazing restaurants were just a few minutes walk and we were even able to enjoy the rooftop terrace to enjoy an afternoon coffee and snack. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a bonus and well appreciated as things dried quite quickly. ...
