“Perfecte locatie in het centrum van Verona - dichtbij Arena - goed onderhouden - rustige omgeving- duidelijke communicatie met Italianflat - vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel - kleine koelkast aanwezig in de kamer - geen airco, was in deze periode oké, maar mss wel vervelend in de zomer. Veel mogelijkheden om te ontbijten”

“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“The property was located in the heart of the city. Inside of the property was nice and clean. Check in was done with email & WhatsApp. I would definitely return there.”

“我住三晚，第一晚我不能入睡，因為很凍，第二天我問服務員怎樣？她叫一位工作人員幫我把空調轉做29度熱氣，我第二和第三日都很好。車泊在屋仔隔離，很方便。還有巴士站在70米附近去名聖車行29分鐘。我很喜歡。”
