「We had a wonderful week at the boathouse- it really is the most spectacular and unique place to stay. The view from the house is breathtaking with a vast kitchen and living area. Portofino and Santa Margerita are beautiful towns but very expensive! 」

「- Alle Bilder entsprechen dem aktuellen Stand.- Man bucht die Unterkunft wegen dem Ausblick und der Ruhe, deshalb ist eine verlängerte Anfahrt aus der Stadt selbstverständlich.- Fahrzeit 10 min in die Stadt, enge Serpentinen, aber für normale Autofahrer kein Problem (!).- ... wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben uns täglich über den Ausblick erfreut.」

「Séjour très agréable dans un appartement tout confort et très design.Un ou deux points : le radiateur des deux salles de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Le robinet de l’évier de la cuisine était mal fixé, instable. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lave-vaisselle. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait très apprécié. Et avec un lave-linge, nous resterions une semaine de plus ! Sinon, merveilleux séjour.」

「 Minha estadia foi muito boa, principalmente no que diz respeito ao atendimento. Sempre que eu tinha alguma dúvida, era prontamente respondido. 「This place is an amazing find and great value for what it has to offer. As part of LHP the appartment was done following the same look and ammenities of the 5 stars LHP Santa Margherita Palace Hotel (where I stayed last year and reviewed it with a 5 star rating). Clean, comfortable, with 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms it is a lot more spacious than any hotel room if you don't mind not having every day service (I didn't). The large balcony offers spectacular views !」
