「Convenient location. Walkable to many attractions. Rooms are fine but staff and its service is the star. Everyone at the hotel were helpful and go beyond the normal to ensure a fantastic experience. One recommendation is once you’re in a taxi to the hotel; call the hotel to coordinate drop off location. Hotel is in a historic area with limited taxi access but the staff will help to secure your arrival. 」

「Sehr freundliches professionelles Personal, zurückhaltend und zuvorkommend zugleich. Entsprachen unseren Anfragen ohne Probleme. Das Restaurant ist gediegen, das Frühstück sehr lecker (teilweise als Buffet angerichtetes süßes Buffet, Herzhaftes und Getränke a la Carte ohne Aufpreis). Das Hotel liegt zentral am Hafen sowie fußläufig zur Altstadt. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist allerdings nicht so schön wie das Hotel selbst.
