Hotel is in the city centre at a 10 minutes walk to the seaside. Service is friendly, the room is OK, very quiet, breakfast has a big choice but not everything is of the best quality. No parking available, the next parking is 50m away.

Receptionists were so helpful, early check in which was good as we had an early flight. Room was clean. Only have 2 negatives which was bath was very small and no english channel on tv.

a really nice place

this is a great hotel, I have stayed here twice before and I like it. The breakfast is quite extensive, but much too much for me as I don't usually eat that much in the morning (so it makes it too expensive for me). But I did eat one time, and it is very good. The staff is great, although occasionally the charming desk girl is more interested in going in the front to smoke a cigarette than in helping the patrons.

Very nice hotel in Genoa's heart

Very nice hotel in Genoa's heart. Walkable distance to Brignole train station and Piazza Ferrari. Staff was welcoming and cleaning was daily done at high standards. We really liked the idea of the free drink in exchange of the stayover cleaning. It helps the environment and offers the guest the possibility to enjoy the bar free of charge after a long day touring the city. We ended up not using the gym, yet it looked very well equipped.
