「Great location, within a 15-minute walk to all major attractions. The environment is very clean, and the accommodation is spacious with beautifully designed rooms. 「Excellent conditions and super nice and helpful staffs. Well equipped kitchen including dish washing machine. Big size room with washing/drying machine which is great for me. The air conditioner only work in warm mode because of the winter setting, that make us too hot especially during the sleep. 」

「Not too far from Milan city center, easily accessible via public transport. Tram is available at 4 mins walking distance. Safe and secure covered parking space. Good service from reception. Superstore and shopping in 5 mins distance. Outlet shopping centre in 15 mins distance. 」

「The hotel is a good location. The packing lot is very good. I walk 10 minutes to metro. 」

「Everything is going. 15min walk to central stations. 10min walk to metro station. Only one weird thing happened was someone opened the room door and light until we came back at 10pm. I think that was someone checking the air conditioner. Nothing was missing or moving. Btw they have security all time.」

「所在小区环境很好宾馆房间的条件也非常完美房间很大卫生间也很大还有厨房唯一不足的是淋浴室实在太小了人在里面根本不能转动另外地理位置十分不好离最近的地铁站步行需要三十分钟左右但是性价比还算高所以还是比较满意的一次住宿」

「入住前幾日已經不停問我甚麽時間到，由email隔左一陣就直接whatapp 我，因為太遲要另外收費，都明白嘅，本身2:00 check in，咁我同佢講下午3:00會到，但當我去到時上到房時，職員原來還未清潔好，還問我幾點會Check out，咁我答朝早8:00，然後職員要多半小時左右先清潔完，我都算了，等一等，咁到第二日中午我問職員會否有人來清潔，結果到當晚冇人回覆，毛巾唯有用回前一晚，算了，到第二日我離開時都沒人回應我，咁我就whatsapp番職員，結果我回港後4日後都沒人回覆我，只顯示係兩個　✅，已讀不回，其實我都只係要覆一個ok啫，其實不用煩不用錢的」

「距離火車站實在太遠啦～我地拖住個行李箱,仲要行埋好多難地,差D驚個行李箱爛呀…起碼行咗差唔多大半個鐘先到,(已經無行錯路)去到準時無一點都無人係到幫您Check in, 但旅館小姐都好親切,仲會介紹附近食市和折扣,間房雖然都唔算大(包埋廚房)不過都算整齊!」

A noisy room

"I have mentioned to have a silent room about one month before I arrive. Unfortunately the room window towards bar street which makes noise at night and morning also included truck noise, street cleaning noise … otherwise all are good! Especially the food in sfizo, good quality and tasty as usual! Really suggest to go to try! The team from hotel is good! Smiling and warm. "

"This is my second time stayed in this hotel, it is so convenient for moving around, when you get out of the hotel and you can see the Milan central train station. Satisfied for every thing, nice services and nice sweet chocolate for first day and everyday. Highly recommended and I will stay in this hotel if I go to Milan again."
