“The b & b situates in a quiet street. Though not in the town centre, it is close enough to the railway station and bus stop to go to Duomo, the centre of attraction of Milan conveniently. The interior is elegantly decorated, and the facilities and supplies in the room are good enough. The unavailability of a reception counter may be an inconvenience, however, the communication with the manager before arriving are effective in facilitating checking in. “They have great reception team! Super big smile! I don’t really like the waiter, he kinda of weird but it’s ok. I like the housekeeping as they tidy near! He is super hardworking but they don’t change your sheet at all though but it’s okay. As long I self change my pillow case daily is fine . The breakfast is boring but ok as I got my hard boiled eggs daily. If there’s sausages would be great 😅 I want to thanks Diana and Martina for their bright cheerful smiles . This hotel does not have lift……

“The room was good but small, nothing in the room, except your breakfast tin. To access kettle etc you have to leave your room. This is not we expected. Especially after a long days travel.”
