“The staff were so helpful and attentive. We were able to get into our room a little earlier which was great as we wanted to eat and get a rest before attending the opera. The room was very comfortable and I had the best nights sleep in a while. Our continental breakfast in the morning was delicious. Staff were thinking ahead to when we were leaving Milan to travel to Rome in case the Winter Olympics was an issue for us. Room was clean, bed very comfortable and the slippers were really welcome……
