「Asegúrate de tener el Pon antes de llagar, no es recepción abierta」

「Excellent location. Clean hotel. Nice staff. Only problem was the room was noisy because it was in front of a busy street.」

「客房乾淨，早餐也算豐富，但員工比較不熱情，不過位置優越，但到大教堂或運河都方便，只是床位付的燈，光源很小」

「This was my first visit to Milan and I was so pleased that I had chosen to stay at the Casa Laveni. First, its central location is unbeatable. I love to walk and it’s just a short leisurely stroll to the Duomo, the Teatro La Scala, Sforza Castle, the Fashion District and more. I never felt the need to take a cab, and walked to and from the Navagli canal neighborhood my last day for lunch. Second, the hotel is just such a visual delight with its all-glass front facade to its lobby’s modern work...

「Central air conditioning. A little stuffy and too noisy if we opened the window. The reception was friendly and communication was very perfect and timely. Unfortunately our last night was disrupted by a powercut due to the construction work that was being carried out outside of the building. 」

「The website did not give English name or Italian name of hotel. The contact number under the hotel name is an agent ohone number, who had no clue which hotel we booked. It took long to find it. The hotel room bath hot water never came out till the guest switched room. The floor was full of dust.」
