Great location, within a 15-minute walk to all major attractions. The environment is very clean, and the accommodation is spacious with beautifully designed rooms. There is an elevator for easy access between floors, and the internet is fast and convenient! Overall, it was an excellent stay and highly recommended!

This property listing was misleading. It was extremely crucial for me to stay 2-3 minutes walking distance from the Duomo in Milan, as there were many options within this walking distance. Upon booking this listing with dates and area of preference, it showed this property was 2 minutes walking distance to the Piazza del Duomo so I booked it. Once I arrived, I noticed the Piazza del Duomo was a 13 minute walk from the apartment. This was frustrating, as hotels and apartments located 13-15 minute walk from the Duomo are a lot cheaper and also many more choices available! This apartment is part of a company that apparently owns several apartments in random buildings. This building in which this apartment we stayed was not nice. But that’s not the reason for this review. I reached out to the host, and host advised me I didn’t change the dates in the listing before I reserved as changing the dates changes locations, however that doesn’t make sense as in Expedia you first choose your dates for your stay and then your listing shows up for reservation, with no other options to change your dates a second time in the listing. I even have a screen shot of my purchase with listing details. This company scammed me. I’ve never in 15 plus years of using Expedia had any issues. The host didn’t offer to correct this issue. This is very sad and unacceptable as people put their trust in what they purchase for their vacation stay.

Loved the apartment, especially the balcony with sunroom. Location was perfect. Only downside is the curtains do not block out light (in the evening) well and the adjacent church has a belltower that starts at 8 am. Otherwise a great experience for our family.

Very good attentive and supportive host. Clean apartment. Perfect location. About 7 minutes walk from metro. Nearly grocery stere, pharmacies, shopping etc. very convenient location for dining as well. Would recommend!

My recent stay at the Milan apartments was a complete pleasure. I can't recommend it enough, as every part of our experience was superb, making it the ideal base for exploring this amazing city. First, the cleanliness was impeccable. The apartment was spotless when we arrived. You could tell great care was taken to make it a hygienic and welcoming place. This attention to detail, from the sparkling surfaces to the fresh linens, was a huge relief and a great start to our trip. The amenities were fantastic. The kitchen was well-equipped, which allowed us to cook our own meals. Having a washing machine and other modern comforts was a major plus. It felt like a true home away from home, and we had everything we could possibly need. The location was absolutely perfect. The neighborhood was vibrant and charming, and we were within easy walking distance of great shops, cafes, and restaurants. The proximity to public transport also made it simple to get to all the main attractions like the Duomo. The area felt safe and secure, day or night. Finally, the communication with the hosts was outstanding. They were super responsive, friendly, and helpful from the moment we booked. The check-in instructions were clear, and they quickly answered any questions we had, providing excellent local recommendations. Their professionalism made our trip even better.

Bed was comfortable and place was well lit and air conditioned. Front door was damaged and needed repair so didn’t shut well. We reported and they came next day but just put tape on the door but the door really needed to be repaired or replaced. It would have been nice to have blinds to block light in the morning and provide privacy but place overall was convenient and Alessio in the office made us feel welcome on our arrival.

Fantastic location, just a few meters from the duomo, dining, culture, shopping, public transport all right there. The place was perfectly clean, all relevant amenities were available, welcoming and safe environment and very friendly staff and service.

Lovely apartment steps away from Milan Duomo, shopping, restaurants, and subway stations. Communication with apartment management was spectacular! We enjoyed the large size and open space afforded by apartment, cleanliness, quality of beds, provided linens & bath towels. Complimentary tea and espresso was a nice bonus. Highly recommend!
