"Great stay. Only feedback is the central heating controls weren’t the best, and our room was too hot after returning from a day out. We had to leave the door open in order to let the hot air out and try and lower the room temp. "

"The property management communicated information through WhatsApp which was very convenient. Other means of communication like email etc. don't work. They were also very prompt in their response. We needed some flexibility with storage of our luggage during checkin and they were very accommodative. This made our planning much easier. Room is clean and convenient right next to grocery stores. Access to pubic transportation required about a 10 min walk. This is ok most times except when you have luggage."

"Clean and nicely decorated hotel with great location near sites and metro. Breakfast was great, good quality and variety. Service/staff was the best. Ms. Serena at the front desk was most courteous, accommodating and professional. We will definitely go back to this hotel next time in Milan. "
