“Our second visit to Parco San Marco as we loved it so much the first time! We were allocated the wrong room type on arrival but this was quickly rectified after first night and we were moved to the correct one in block L. Excellent room - great layout, well appointed kitchenette and lake views from both rooms. A car really is needed to be able to explore the area, get to shops, restaurants, supermarket etc. We loved our trip to Monte Tamaro for cable car, high ropes, toboggan and water park.……

“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”

“Beautiful hotel with a courteous staff and wonderful spa. However, the pool is just average and the beach club, which is very nice, is located 3/8 mile from the hotel with no discount for hotel guests. Also note that the ferry times at night from Bellaghio and Verrena are limited after 7:00 PM”

“at first, overwhelmed by the greetings from all the staffs in the lobby, too friendly or overwhelmed is subjective. what really threw us off was that as a five star hotel that emphasized on services, charging for bottled water was just ridiculous. this was the first five star hotel where we were charged for bottled water. besides, the brand they offered was the same as a FOUR STAR hotel nearby, and they gave out the water nonstop and fully complimentary!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. ”

“首先我們是3人入住，選擇尊尚3 人房間，有雙人床及一張梳化床。房間不算寬敞，最差是隔音，因為住在1 樓，左邊是電車聲音，另一邊又是汽車路。再加上其他住客在走廊談話就更加煩擾。其次浴室清潔一般，有一個長形掛毛巾架不乾淨，牆角有塵。我自己要用消毒濕紙巾抹乾淨才敢擺放毛巾。再者洗澡空間細，時常撞到手。最離譜是我們應該是雙人床雙人被，但有一天房間清潔員竟然換了一張單人被給我們。整體來講不算滿意，酒店需要跟進清潔問題。”
