“Central air conditioning. A little stuffy and too noisy if we opened the window. The reception was friendly and communication was very perfect and timely. Unfortunately our last night was disrupted by a powercut due to the construction work that was being carried out outside of the building. ”

“The room was nice , clean and had everything I needed. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the heating is locked so can’t be turnt down, I got very warm at night and had to open the windows which was loud. ”

“Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Clearly stated the route of sightseeing with map provided which is really nice for visitors. Just 5 minutes walk away from the Duomo. And free soft drinks are provided in the fridge. Nice :))”

“One of the best hotels I’ve stayed, and I said this even with my wife’s high standard. The service and cleanliness were impeccable. There isn’t a car park but the hotel concierge was willing to help us carry our luggage from nearby carpark. We liked even the vintage elevator that came with the hotel. ”

“Walking distance to the venues of the Milan Design Week. Conveniently located. The managing staff was very friendly to greet us and helped with the luggages. We liked the breakfast. The property was a bit dated but the it has a pantry and breakfast table which gives more space. It was nice that all the drinks in the refrigerator were complimentary. ”
