「首先这家酒店的名字几经更换了，酒店位于二楼（欧洲地区叫作一楼），酒店前台要从一个大门进入上二楼才见得到。你到了可以给酒店打电话。尽管如此，进入酒店房间，我们就喜爱上了她，非常高的天花板和宽敞的空间，房间里还有鲜花，化妆间，酒店为了表示歉意（因为名字换了没有及时通知我），还给我们送来小吃和白葡萄酒。还有就是它的位置极佳，距离米兰大教堂步行最多十分钟，出酒店大门右转直走到底然后再左转直走就到了，购物也方便啊。。。太喜欢了！」

「The staff are very helpful. They helped to book our airport transfer very quickly when we got to know there will be some disruptions for the train service due to the strike. They even assist us with early check in when our flight arrive early. Location is perfect too. Room is cosy. It will be best if there is cleaning every day. 」

「One of the best hotels I’ve stayed, and I said this even with my wife’s high standard. The service and cleanliness were impeccable.
