“Bed is comfortable and breakfast was very nice”

“One of the best hotels I’ve stayed, and I said this even with my wife’s high standard. The service and cleanliness were impeccable. There isn’t a car park but the hotel concierge was willing to help us carry our luggage from nearby carpark. We liked even the vintage elevator that came with the hotel. ”

“I would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Starting with the extremely welcoming team, she was very nice an amazing smile and very helpful. Made us feel at home. Communication was easy and they were very accommodating and resourceful. Place was in a great location, super clean, and very spacious. We were in the penthouse so really enjoyed the skylights.”

“The location is excellent. Room is very clean. Staff is super helpful! The bonus - They supply guests 4 bottles of water, two beers, two soda and some snack free of charge.”

“Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Clearly stated the route of sightseeing with map provided which is really nice for visitors. Just 5 minutes walk away from the Duomo. And free soft drinks are provided in the fridge. Nice :))”

“Central air conditioning. A little stuffy and too noisy if we opened the window. The reception was friendly and communication was very perfect and timely. Unfortunately our last night was disrupted by a powercut due to the construction work that was being carried out outside of the building. ”

“Good place for a short stay”

“酒店位置很方便，客房整潔，職員都很nice，特別是離開去機場請酒店預訂送機場服務，司機提前在酒店等待送機，路途中還介紹了路過的景點，安全平穩地把我們送至離國泰航空值機櫃檯最近的地方，很感謝司機先生的用心！”

“We had a one-day trip on the checkout day. The staff was very helpful to let us store our luggage into a locker so that we didn’t have to take our luggage with the trip.”

“The website did not give English name or Italian name of hotel. The contact number under the hotel name is an agent ohone number, who had no clue which hotel we booked. It took long to find it. The hotel room bath hot water never came out till the guest switched room. The floor was full of dust.”

“房間寬敞！每天有免費早餐，下午6-9時有一杯免費調酒！房間內的飲品bar也是免費！”

“An amazing hotel, a little gem located on a quiet street, less than 5 minutes away from Scala theater and from Duomo. This hotel is luxury at its best, I felt pampered and cared for during my 2 days stay. The decoration and designs are superb, the quality and attention to details, fabulous à la cart breakfast, and not at last, the professional staff, who managed to be friendly, warm and super supportive. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel! Thank you everyone at Casa Laveni……

“Small clean apartment right next to Milan Cadorna station. Very close to MTR to go to duomo; and good restaurants around within walking distance. It’s right next to a park which the kids love!”

“at first, overwhelmed by the greetings from all the staffs in the lobby, too friendly or overwhelmed is subjective. what really threw us off was that as a five star hotel that emphasized on services, charging for bottled water was just ridiculous. this was the first five star hotel where we were charged for bottled water. besides, the brand they offered was the same as a FOUR STAR hotel nearby, and they gave out the water nonstop and fully complimentary!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. ”
