"Ten minutes after we entered the room, they assigned that same room to another person who tried to open the room, a terrible mistake."

"The rooms are well maintained and clean. The room was specious as per European standards. It’s close to Duomo, so very walkable to food areas and galleries. Since it’s in the main area, it can be little noisy at night. The tram just goes outside the hotel. Overall was pretty nice."

"Spacious lobby and bar, rooms were very small. Our initial room had a foul, sewer-like odor. We asked to be switched and they accommodated our request which was really nice. We did not have the breakfast but enjoyed a spritz in their outdoor area. Convenient to Milano Centrale. "

"I had an excellent stay here — truly a five‑star experience. The staff were warm and friendly, and everything from check‑in to check‑out was smooth and stress‑free. My room was spotless, quiet, and well‑equipped, which made it really easy to relax every day. The location couldn’t have been better, with quick access to all the main attractions and super convenient transportation options. I would absolutely stay here again. The only minor issue was the Wi‑Fi, which wasn’t very stable at times. But aside from that, everything else was outstanding."

"I was traveling solo so I was able to book the mini room which was excellent choice and fair price value in Milan. Hotel is few steps from M2 metro station which gets you everywhere. Also very close to Brera, a very nice area and the also to the park for jogging and breathing fresh air. One small thing that I stayed for 2 nights and was unable to use the shampoo bottle in the shower (couldn’t unlock the pump nozzle to open as the bottle was stuck to the wall). I asked reception to fix but on my return late the following night and needed to use shower shampoo, I found out that it was still stuck and not unlocked by the cleaning staff!"
