“It was a decent place to stay for one night. Walking distance to all the touristy areas and shops in Milan. The only downside is that they only have reception available limited time and it was a little confusing check in when I got there at night”

“The website did not give English name or Italian name of hotel. The contact number under the hotel name is an agent ohone number, who had no clue which hotel we booked. It took long to find it. The hotel room bath hot water never came out till the guest switched room. The floor was full of dust.”

“The staff were extremely helpful when we checked in, great location however rooms are very small so with two big luggage it was a squeeze. Also as location is nearby main tram line it’s very noisy. Other than this I think it was well worth what we paid, the rooms are very modern and clean.”

There isn’t a car park but the hotel concierge was willing to help us carry our luggage from nearby carpark. We liked even the vintage elevator that came with the hotel. ”
