I recently had the pleasure of staying at B&B Il Divino, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's facilities were incredibly stylish and modern, rivaling those of a five-star luxury hotel. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, Luigi, who graciously introduced us to every aspect of our room. He also provided clear directions on how to get to the hotel and the breakfast venue, ensuring a seamless start to our stay. As a gesture of goodwill, Luigi even gifted us with a bottle of the famous Neapolitan hot sauce, "Peperoncino di Napoli," wishing us luck and prosperity. The informative booklet provided in our room was a thoughtful touch, offering valuable insights into the outstanding attractions of Naples. The room itself was impeccably clean, and to my surprise, it even featured Chanel perfume, adding a touch of luxury to our experience. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained, boasting a powerful water pressure that made for a refreshing shower. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and providing top-notch amenities truly elevated our stay. Overall, B&B Il Divino exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of Luigi's warm hospitality, the hotel's stylish ambiance, and the impeccable room facilities made for a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Naples, as it provides a level of luxury and comfort that rivals even the finest five-star hotels.

We were very pleased with our stay. Il Divino is an oasis in a vibrant part of the city. At the end of stay we lost our key card and the Il Divino contact person was able to let us back into our room remotely so that we could collect our luggage and leave on time. Their use of WhatsApp is an efficient way of managing their B&B.

The room was fantastic they have remodeled the the facility to very modern it is beautiful. They keep you well informed on what is going on. If you have a question they WhatsApp you quickly with the answer. They bend over backwards to help you in any way you need. I don’t remember the woman that checked me in but she was very pleasant and extremely helpful also. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone staying in Naples. Thank you Luigi.

We booked this because it was close to both the train station and an easy taxi to the airport. The B&B room was nice, with a lovely modern bathroom. We didnt feel overly safe in the surrounding area with much graffiti and liter.

Inside the B&B was very modern and clean. I would say the interior of the B&B is luxe style. It's even better in person than the photos. Outside can be busy as they set up a small market in the mornings and dismantled in the afternoon. They are also responsive and gave us in-person instructions getting in and out of the building. There is a doorman at certain times of the day. Location is convenient since its close to the train station and airport. Thank you, we had a comfortable stay!

The room was superior! Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and tv had streaming available. Carmen was very helpful. Convenient location to bus and train (Napoli Centrale). Only thing that was a bit negative is that I chose il Divino specifically bc it said there was airport transfer, and it wasn't made clear on the website that this had to be pre-arranged. We chose to take the bus which was easy to get to as opposed to paying way more for a taxi. Also, it should be noted that I wouldn’t be totally comfortable walking in the immediate neighborhood at night.
