"As soon as I walked in, a staff member kindly carried my luggage up the stairs to the counter, which was super convenient. The room was kept spotlessly clean every day during my stay, and above all, the air conditioning worked great in the hot Rome weather, making my stay extremely comfortable and pleasant.
