“If you wanna know what it’s like to see mars on earth you must come here. There are many camps in wadi rum but this camp is so beautiful. I stood in the dome and it looked exactly like the pictures. The staff are very friendly the buffet breakfast and dinner was perfect. They even provide you a free stargazing tour at night. The private beach is free for the lodger, and it's about 30 minutes away by their free shuttle bus. That was a great beach with astonishing view! “應該是一間新的飯店，訂房網站上面提供的地址資訊有問題，旅館附近的道路沒有出現在地圖上。訂房的時候網站顯示兩張加大單人床，但是實際上單人床的大小大概像船艙裡的單人床，十分狹窄，而所謂的升級房型，比我訂的另外一間沒有升級的還要小，而海景房也只看到一點點範圍的海。晚上向櫃檯要了冰塊，但顯然是忘記了，過了半小時我們又打了一次電話。最令人不愉快的事，早上在游泳池沒有看到提供毛巾的地方，也沒有工作人員，所以向櫃檯人員反應，而櫃檯就在游泳池旁邊，櫃檯人員卻動也不動，請我們自己去找工作人員。”

“Great service and very clean the staff are amazing we had an incident with my daughter and we had 2 great mangers came to help to check on her the front desk manager subhi Alhaddid and the operational manger who is literally every where on top of everything Mohamed elishi they did a great job to make sure all is good and I can’t forget the amazing chef who made our stay very special with his kidness and generosity esmaeel khwaja and all the great stuff thanks a lot it was one of the best trips……
