「The staff were friendly, efficient and responded quickly to any issues. The pool was amazing, very clean as was the hot tub. My complaint is with the entry/exit doors on the North building. Between the wind and occupants not closing the doors gently, all you heard up until midnight was the slamming of those doors. It was very loud and kept us up most of the night. We reserved 2 rooms for our party of 4, thinking they would be next to each other but that was not the case. One room only had...

「I was under the impression we had booked a room from the hotel that is shown .We checkin a find out we are in a motel room.Very disappoint. We had to get a few things because we did not have a kitchen like we expected . The shower temp etcher would change when the guest next door flushed their toilet. Very unhappy and will not stay again or recommend.」

「This was a fabulous property! Our room was a king dune view and was beautifully decorated, super clean and huge. Bed was really comfy and we had everything we needed. The staff were wonderful - they were so friendly and helpful and were great about replacing towels daily. They also promptly fixed our bedside lamps that weren't working. Breakfast was great with a large assortment of items. Outdoor pool was wonderful, too! We didn't use the hot tub so I can't comment on that. Would love to...

「Great Stay! I was a little concerned with past reviews but figured out that the bad reviews were from the previous hotel. This is a newly taken over Home 2 and what you’d expect from a great Hilton family! It is exactly what we were looking for! Beautiful Oceanfront room with a balcony, kitchenette and easy parking! Room was clean and staff was amazing! We will be back anytime we are in the Outer Banks area!」
