“We stayed at this hotel during our family trip and had a pleasant experience overall. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and willing to answer all of our questions. This made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. There is also a water station on the ground floor where guests can refill their bottles at any time, which was very convenient. “The hotel and room looked like in good shape. Parking area was good. But the hot water supply for showering was not stable - this was the most annoying issue during my stay, given that the weather in April is usually cool / cold at France. I have changed the room, the issue was still happened. It seems that the water pressure might be generally not strong enough for all rooms. And due to thus key issue and other minor issues, I think the money paid was not deserved. ”

“Taxe de séjour de 8,40€ par adulte et par nuit qui n’était pas annoncée sur le site hôtel.com, de plus que des taxes et frais ont déjà été prélevés par hôtel.com sur notre réservation. Parking également payant alors que tous les hôtels du coin le propose gratuitement. Au final prix de la nuit bien plus élevé que prévu.”

“There is no air conditioning in any of the rooms. They provided a fan for each bed which helped. There is some ceiling work needed in the lobby.”

“Shower unit was rusty in one corner . Was not aware that no transport from hotel to zoo was provided for elderly and infirmed people. My wife is 81 and walked with a stick so found the walk to and from zoo exhausting . We had booked VIP experience at zoo so had to do the walk or lose the money”

“Un cadre somptueux pour déconnecter ! Un court séjour au sommet du romantisme où tout est réunis pour passer un moment hors du temps, on serait bien resté un peu plus ! On a été chaleureusement accueillis par l’équipe avant de découvrir notre logement (Suite Deluxe). Le sauna prend du temps à chauffer mais on peut en profiter pour dîner sur le ponton ou regarder un film sur le rétro’ ou encore prendre un bon bain à remous. Nous n’avons pas été gêné par les potentielles nuisances sonores de la……

“The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner.”

“Gute Ausstattung, aber ein Detail fehlt Das Zimmer ist mit einer Küche ausgestattet, was sehr praktisch ist. Einziger Nachteil: Es gibt kein Gefrierfach / keinen Gefrierschrank im Kühlschrank. Das sollte man wissen, wenn man Vorräte kühlen möchte.”
