「This house is right on the ocean with a beach that is basically empty of people! We really enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and having the waves so close you could hear them from the house. While the house isn’t fancy, it was clean and comfortable and well-supplied. The owners were great at communicating. We were very pleased with this find.」

「As advertised, large house with walkway down to the beach. A little old and outdated but everything worked and bathrooms and rooms were roomy. Equipped with everything you would need on a vacation. Huge yard for playing football, soccer, beach volleyball. Bbq and fire pit in backyard. Be aware though that the basement does not connect to the main house . It has its own entrance downstairs which may or may not fit your needs. it worked out for us because my son had to work so he wasn’t bothered...

「It truly was an ocean paradise, the access to the beach was amazing. It was quiet and the turtles laying eggs all up and down the beach was something I've never seen. It was fairly secluded and daily walks up and down had plenty of wildlife, shells and beauty. You would stay here for the location, the house is well equipped for cooking and plenty of recreational equipment available from past guests. You are self sufficient and take care of your own housekeeping which is fine with me. ...

「My family returned to our hometown for a funeral. This house was beyond AMAZING! Situated on a quiet street and close to the beautiful beach where we grew up, this house was perfect for us. The living areas of this home are decorated very stylishly, and all of the furniture, linens, etc were beyond comfortable. The full kitchen is completely stocked and guests can prepare full meals. 「The apartment and grounds are charming, private, quiet, and peaceful. We very much enjoyed meeting and talking with our excellent host, Martyn. The Wi-Fi worked well, and we were even able to host a Zoom meeting one evening. Enjoyed being just across A1A from the ocean that's accessed via a well maintained trail through the sea grapes and pepper trees leading to the beach. Look forward to staying there again!」
