「I like this particular hotel. It’s very clean, the staff very nice and the breakfast was very good」

「Staff welcomed me upon arrival.. maybe 20 seconds pulled up my reservation and key card was in my hand. She explained location of pool and towels were.. Asked if I needed housekeeping more than every other day... room and bath clean. Nice balcony for sunsets. My second time at that location in 3 months」

「I feel completely misled when I see high ratings for a place, only to arrive and find it’s nothing like that. The photos make the place look much better than it actually is. The room smelled musty, and they gave me a room with two single beds even though I was with my wife. I preferred to just go back home rather than go to the front desk to try and change rooms; I won't be coming back.」
