「This house is in a perfect location to walk to everything you want to enjoy in Newport. We parked our car when we arrived and didn't need it again the whole stay. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need to relax and they even serve homemade baked goods for breakfast. This is the second time I have stayed at Admiral Syms house and will definitely be back.」

「The apartment could not be in a more central location in Newport! We enjoyed easy access to many local bars and restaurants including being ten steps from O'Briens Pub. The apartment has a nice deck space with harbor views for morning coffee. Would stay again when in Newport! 」

「Perfectly located, we didn’t have to drive once during our 6-day stay. Beach is walking distance, RIPTA bus took us to attractions in town, and we bicycled everywhere else (including the festival grounds)! The cottage was big enough for the two of us, kitchen well equipped and plenty of outdoor space for grilling and dining. We highly recommend it!」

「Enjoyed our short stay here. Location was definitely the highlight as it is a perfect spot to walk Newport downtown area for sights, restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. We did not have any issues with access or safety and felt comfortable with our kids in tow. Parking was hit or miss but expected during busy summer season and we overall did pretty well finding a spot. Would definitely return in the future」

「All of us agreed it was definitely one of the better Vrbo stays we have been in. It’s a cozy weekend stay with good air conditioning and amenities. The instructions to enter were clear enough that it was easy to enter and start our stay. The shower was pleasant. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels were provided, which was unanticipated but nice! The fridge and extra closet space was nice and the desks and tv were nice for getting some work done.」

「Great Rental!! Super clean and tons of amenities!! Comfortable beds. Full kitchen was great !! 3 minutes to beach and Cliff walk. 7 minutes to downtown. 」

「We had a great stay at this property! The hosts were communicative and flexible, and the property was very clean when we entered. The location was great - a quick walk with sidewalks to the beach, a few restaurants steps away, but still a quiet street and neighborhood.」

「Spacious home very close to waterfront. Easy walk to restaurants, cliff walk, and more. The home had everything we needed for a great stay. We loved the rooftop deck. Parking can be difficult during peak season. We would stay here again! 」

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
