Tirando a equipe que é super educada, o hotel precisa de reparos urgentes!!! Aspecto de sujo, toalha rasgada, descarga do banheiro entupida, pano do banheiro sujo, ar condicionado fazendo barulho... não se parece em nada com as fotos! Permite som alto na piscina a noite que ecoa para os quartos. E grande falha de segurança infantil, hospeda criança sem solicitar o documento dela! Com certeza, não volto!

O quarto é pessimo... o frigobar barulhento, bem como o ar condicionado.
Tinham baratas no banheiro e no quarto.
As portas nao fechavam sem a chave. O predio nao tem manutenção.
O ambiente da refeicao é bem desorganizado.

Os funcionários atendem são educados.
