Faltou pano de chão no banheiro e o blackout da cortina. Entretanto, essas questões foram resolvidas prontamente. O que causou aborrecimento foi o café da manhã que com o passar dos dias foi decaindo. No primeiro dia tinha frutas variadas, mas nos 3 dias seguintes a banana sumiu. Além disso, tive problemas com o leite quente que acabou. Ao pedir para a funcionária do café, a mesma se negou a esquentar e sugeriu que eu mesmo saísse do salão para esquentar no microondas do lobby. Custava repor o leite quente na leiteira elétrica? Além disso houve um dia que o meu colega de viagem notou um cheiro desagradável nos ovos mexidos. Ele alertou à cozinha que imediatamente fez a troca. O hotel é ok, mas a rede andrade precisa fazer alguns ajustes referentes a infraestrutura dos banheiros e ter mais atenção com o café da manhã. No geral minha experiência foi positiva.

A localização é afastada da parte turística da cidade e o acesso não é dos melhores. O café da manhã é ok, dentro do esperado, e a limpeza também estava razoável. O quarto precisa de uma boa manutenção. Havia um vazamento no banheiro, o colchão estava afundado e as bases da cama ficam expostas, sem saia. Senti falta de um espelho de corpo inteiro e de copos no quarto. As toalhas apresentavam manchas, o que causa uma má impressão. Além disso, a cortina não tem blackout, o que deixa entrar bastante luz e atrapalha o sono.

Quartos com paredes aparentemente mofadas ou estufadas (não sei definir com precisão), porem limpos, funcionarios educados e atenciosos, ambientes limpos. Achei um horros o hotel não permitir que os hospedes não acessem o restaurante no horario noturno, como pode isso, nunca vi em lugar nenhum.

Mobiliário antigo, precisando de troca ou reforma. Café da manhã sem muita opção, bem mais ou menos. Funcionários simpáticos e atendimento rápido. O hotel não tem elevador e as camareiras ficam berrando nos corredores sem o mínimo de noção, atrapalhando o sono e o descanso. Surpresa com a cobrança extra pelo estacionamento.

Já sou cliente a um bom tempo, mas me surpreende com a cobrança do estacionamento, um valor de R$ 30,00 reais o dia, até entendo se fosse em outro local, mas o estacionamento é na própria área do hotel e o mesmo não possui outros locais para estacionar, até pq a rua que fica na parte de trás do hotel, é extremamente escura e com isso perigosa para descer e dar a volta para entrar no hotel, gosto do hotel, já fiquei mais de 10 vezes, mas essa cobrança realmente me deixou insatisfeita, pq já fiquei em varios hoteis em Aracaju com estacionamento e nunca houve cobrança extra pelo serviço.
