"The hotel is new, cleaned and chic. Only drawback is their drivers don’t speak English and there is only 1 restaurant. Hotel offers pick up and drop off at train station, all the ski parks nearby and restaurants between 9-6. breakfast buffet was great and their front desk staff are very helpful and speak good English. I checked in on a Sunday and left on a Thur, and there were some noisy kids running around the hallway at 7am on Thur which was a bit annoying. Special thanks to front desk...

"二人部屋＋二段ベッド付に三人で宿泊したのですが、スキー宿泊の場合は荷物も多いので部屋が狭かった。 料理は美味しかった。 赤倉観光スキー場以外のスキー場(杉の原・池の平・赤倉温泉等)のリフト券割引について何も案内がなかった。 スキー場への送迎をしてくださるとありがたいのですが・・・。"
