“Ottimo hotel, situato in zona casco viejo con ristoranti e negozietti a pochissimi metri. Stanza grande e spaziosa per 3 persone. Colazione buona e varia. Personale gentile. Comodo anche per i mezzi, noi abbiamo utilizzato il bus turistico che ha una fermata proprio davanti all' hotel. A piedi, percorrendo il lungofiume, si raggiunge con una passeggiata il museo guggenheim e anche altre attrazioni come la funicolare. Ci tornerei. ”

“I found the hotel centrally located in the old city centre with cathedral & Plaza Nueva nearby. It’s a 20min walk to the airport bus stop and the Guggenheim museum. Countless cafés, bars and restaurants are around.
The room was very clean and had tv, aircon, hairdryer, capsule coffee maker and electric heater. I liked the decoration and the balcony.
When I checked in I encountered a multilingual receptionist who was very friendly and gave useful tips.

“Great location - Zubizuri bridge is right around the block, 10 min walk from Guggenheim and Moyúa, 20 min walk from Casco Viejo
Check-in time is slightly inconvenient with front desk being out between 1-4pm. Otherwise, check-in was quick an simple and staff was very friendly and helpful. Private parking fee is expensive but is worthwhile given the convenience.
Cute studio apartment - kitchenette is not as well-equipped as other apartment hotels we've stayed at, but offers ample bathroom……
