Best stay in arbaminch

Very artistic and cultural, architecturally pleasing to the mind. We enjoyed our stay. Had a good sleep, no disturbance. Muluken has been attentive, helpful and professional. He made sure we are happy with our stay & gave us a tour to the hotel. The bathroom/toilet is very clean, powerful shower including hot water, multiple lights in the room, overall we are a happy customers. I can't recommend it enough. Thanks.

Beside the beautiful view nothing reflected the pictures we saw on the internet. The swimming pool was not usable, no Wi-Fi, we couldn’t really enjoy the room due to mosquitoes, the TV was not working, the food was bad especially the breakfast. In term of the personnel, one of the server was very nonchalant and not pleasant at all. Overall the stay at this “hotel”was a disappointment.

This resort is completely disappointed and worthless. I paid over $300 for three days and i was at the room that doesn’t even worth $20 per day. I was treated differently and no one wants to explain why the room was soo dirty. I didn’t even stay the whole three day. My wife was sick the next day. Place dont stat this resort. There are many resorts around same area with less price.

Not Recommended.

This is most basic hotel I have stayed in. The staff are friendly, except when hounding you for the equivalent of 30p for a bottle of water-the only hotel I stayed in Ethiopia with no water supplied. The lighting in the rooms is very poor, they have no fan, television or air conditioning. The brand new fridge was fitted with a UK plug, which is redundant give Ethiopia is a two prong country. Breakfast was again basic, scrambled eggs and toast (no butter) - it was also annoyingly late. The gym is average but was had no water available - on positive note it was opened for me after published hours. So what did it have that attracted me The View to end all views. So my advice stay somewhere else and go take in the view with a cold drink.

No Air conditioning. The first day when I got there no water to take a shower. I had to wait for two hours before getting water and every day itvwasbthensame issue. The food made me sick and breakfast is terrible

Was probably good in the past

Unfortunately a hotel past its best. A run-down feel to it. No reason to stay here when you have the Haile resort in Arbaminch which is so much better for, usually, the same price. They were also unhelpful when my plans changed.

Basic, better than most of places around though!!!

The pool was not open, and did not look that clean. Looks much better on the official pictures provided by the hotel. The meal selection was very limited, and service at the restaurant needs some refinement. The room was spacious with nice mosquito nets at least. Nice view from the balcony. As usual in Ethiopia, you get much less than you pay for!!!

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Vue exceptionnelle Merci

Complexe surplombant le parc de nechisar Park avec vue à couper le souffle. Très bon restaurant et piscine. Chambre spacieuse et literie confortable et propre. SANITAIRES très propre avec douche sauf dans la suite présidentielle et familiale où il y a un jacuzzi. Parc de jeux pour enfants. Spa et sauna super salle de sport aussi. Massage très complet et professionnel par Teddy remarquable après une longue journée. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Wifi dans hall et restauration. Sinon dans la suite présidentielle seulement.
