「Rooms are clean, staff are friendly, location is convenient and i will recommend my friends and family to stay there when visiting Nairobi Kenya.」

「Great staff. Room was spacious and clean. We also loved the breakfast buffet.」

「Nice」

「Good full breakfast. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was clean」

「The room is superb! Comfortable and clean! I arrived at around 10:30pm at night, their restaurant kitchen had already closed. It was so surprising that they arranged a complimentary sandwich (warm and fresh) to my room after my check-in. This isn't about money but their hospitality to their customers! I really appreciate it. The kitchen and its fridge are clean. I love the little balcony which is so home-like and comfortable in the morning when you got up or just relaxing after dinner time! ...

「We really had an amazing stay at the lovely Prideinn Jotel in Westlands, Nairobi. Very comfortable bed, spacious room. Nice shower and a great team, reception team were highly professional and very helpful especially Sophie, Josephine and Winter」

「位於高級住宅區，環境舒適，但因位置有點隱密，計程車找了許久，最後才由飯店人員出來帶領才找到。公寓內設施完備，住起來很舒服，希望將來有機會再來住宿。」

「Not want I had expect. Environment iwas not comfortable enough for a good nights stay, I expected. Staff didn't know my stay included breakfast so I had to wait for them to order for items to prepare it. This inconvenienced me.」

「Excellent price for the place including breakfast. Biggest issue was there is no screen on the window and no netting so got bit all night long from mosquitos. Had to close the widow but with no AC or fan was very hot. Also killed two cockroaches.」

「Staff- During checking, the host did not show us all the amenities. It gets too HOT at night, in the morning the builders are drilling which is very loud. Room- is spacious but there is an extra charge for cleaning. Security team are impressive, safe location. 」

「A place of choice to stay!」

「Excellent, mais cependant il manque un climatiseur」
