「I had a great time at Pan Pacific and will be coming back again. The staff were excellent, security was great, suite was large and well appointed and being directly attached to the GTC mall made it easy to get to additional reataurants, grocery store, pharmacy and more. I also made good use of the gym and outdoor pool. 」

「The room is superb! Comfortable and clean! I arrived at around 10:30pm at night, their restaurant kitchen had already closed. It was so surprising that they arranged a complimentary sandwich (warm and fresh) to my room after my check-in. This isn't about money but their hospitality to their customers! I really appreciate it. The kitchen and its fridge are clean. I love the little balcony which is so home-like and comfortable in the morning when you got up or just relaxing after dinner time! ...
