「Excellent staff, beautiful room , very clean. The only issue was that the pool wasn’t very clean, and the pool water was very cold.
Also , when I tried to book a massage it showed no availability but in fact the massage therapists only work the weekends. I was quite disappointed.」

「Beautifully decorated, very Victorian. Rather like staying in a museum. Mattress was comfortable. Very clean. Front desk check in was lovely. Those were the good bits.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit in the room was horrifically noisy, to the point where we had to turn it off halfway through the night and open the windows instead. To get any kind of breeze, we also had to open the blinds, which meant that the bright exterior lights that stayed in all night lit our room up like...
