Eine Ferienwohnung in Form eines kleinen Chalets. Hübsch und sehr zweckmäßig. Sehr freundliche und verständnisvolle Besitzer, wir haben sie zu Beginn mit vielen Fragen konfrontiert und sie haben uns alles gut und geduldig erklärt.Wenn wir die Möglichkeit haben kommen wir wieder. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Rande der sogenannten Winterstadt und dem großen Friedhof. Öffentlicher Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut.Das Haus war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Wunderbare Terrasse und kleiner Garten mit Gartenhaus. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très jolie petite maison bien située par rapport au centre d'Arcachon mais vis-à-vis avec un petit immeuble. Il manque juste un rideau ou une paroi de douche dans la salle de bain. Nous avons fait de très jolies balades et visité avec plaisir tout le pourtour du bassin.

Séjour très agréable quartier des Abatilles à Arcachon

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison confortable et bien aménagée avec une belle terrasse à l'arrière. Nous avons aussi apprécié la proximité d'un bois pour promener nos deux petits chiens et la plage Pereire située à 15 minutes à pied, ainsi qu'une boulangerie et une petite épicerie à 5 minutes à pied. Le centre ville peut être rejoint facilement et le parc mauresque est tout près aussi. Nous avons été accueillis par une personne très sympathique et à l'écoute. Très bonne adresse de vacances à retenir pour un prochain séjour !

Une "vrai" maison de vacances au calme et proche de tous loisirs nichée dans le quartier des abatilles. On s y sent bien de suite, jolie déco & terrasse très sympathique. Très bien équipée pour passer un séjour à 4. Échanges très professionnels et accueil chaleureux par Virginie. Il y a même des vélos de qualité mis à disposition, service rare en location. We have rented in Arcachon many times and always enjoyed - this was no different. A lovely property as advertised and the two bikes were a great advantage. As we were there during extremely high temperatures the availability of a fan in the property would have been an additional bonus. We would definitely rent again and recommend to others. Thank you

Une semaine de bien-être dans un presque chez soi !

Nous avons été accueillis par la personne la plus charmante que nous pouvions imaginer , dans une maison qui nous ressemble. Depuis la conception, jusqu'à la décoration. Équipée avec soin à l'intérieur comme à exterieur. La plage à pied, en vélo c'est possible. La ville d'hiver aussi. Le bois tout juste à une encablure ...... faut sauter par dessus le rond point ou le contourner qui est plus sage. Lana et Simba nos chiens ont apprécié. Ils ont aussi veillé sur le jardin et la terrasse, l'un sur les planches, l'autre dans la petite végétation juste au bord. Un épisode de bonheur pour tous, que dire d'autre. On deviendrait poète ! Merci ! Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. Si ce n'était pas si loin.......
