PARFAIT !!!

Joli studio agréable, bien situé, conforme à l'annonce et très bien équipé. A 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville et des commerces ainsi que des vélos à disposition pour aller plus loin. L'accueil de Mme Barbeau ainsi que ses conseils de découvertes ( notamment la poissonnerie de l'Aiguillon ) sont plus que parfaits. Nous ne manquerons pas de conseiller à notre entourage cette excellente adresse. Merci pour tout.

Séjour idéal et juste parfait

Correspondant tout à fait à l'annonce. Espace, Tranquillité, Situation, très proche du centre-ville, mais, au calme, très propre, jolie, très bien équipée, grand balcon très agréable avec un store, et très ensoleillé. Le parking souterrain en plus, des vélos à disposition, la plage au pied de la résidence. Propriétaire, très sympathique, discrète, et efficace. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

logement idéalement placé

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans ce logement qui se trouve très bien placé, près de la plage, du port et du centre d'arcachon.Mme Barbeau nous as vraiment bien accueilli avec des petites attentions sympathique comme la dégustation de cannelés de Bordeaux excellent. Je recommande ce logement sans hésitation.

Un charmant studio parfaitement situé

Appartement coquet, joliment décoré et très bien équipé. Parfaitement situé à proximité du port et de là plage et à quelques centaines de mètres du centre d'Arcachon.La vue est très agréable. L'accueil de la propriétaire est très sympathique et une foule de délicates attentions vous attendent.

Accueil idéal de la propriétaire qui vous explique tout :Place de parking réservée , agencement du studio, tout est vraiment impeccable pour passer un séjour au top:à la fois proche du centre et à l écart du tohu bohu;oubliez votre voiture durant tout votre séjour :profitez des navettes marimes, des bus, ou du vélo prêté par la propriétaire;piste cyclabe et zone piétonne littéralement au pied de l immeuble, tout comme la plage ! Je recommande sans hésitation. Le seul hic: il faut songer à faire sa valise, et à partir à la fin des vacances !

Nous avons été très bien accueilli, avec de petites attentions et douceurs de la propriétaire. Cet appartement est un petit bijou, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour agréable : tous les équipements sont à disposition, les photos reflètent la réalité de ce lieu. Situation idéale, au calme, tout près du port et de la plage, centre ville à 10 minutes à pied en longeant la mer. Très bonne literie. Bref, que des bons souvenirs et de belles impressions. Studio très bien optimisé : rien ne manque, parfait pour 2 personnes. La literie est astucieuse et d’excellente qualité ; un vrai grand lit. État impeccable en propreté et en équipements.
