The apartment features reversible air conditioning in the living room and offers all the comforts needed for a wonderful holiday on the Arcachon Bay. Ideal for a couple with two or three children.

Linens are not provided but can be rented through the agency: 1 set (160cm sheets + towels) = €42 / 1 set (90cm sheets + towels) = €32.

Optional cleaning fee: €80

During the winter season (mid-October to mid-March), heating costs will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €15 per day.
