The bedroom, facing north, benefits from a beautiful view of St-Ferdinand church, and is equipped with a 160 cm bed as well as a cupboard/wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator including a freezer section, a dishwasher, three induction hobs, a traditional oven, a microwave, a hood and a Nespresso machine. The living room, facing east, includes a 140 cm sofa bed, a television and a dining area. A pretty balcony of around 10 square meters, facing east, is equipped with furniture and an electric awning, offering a beautiful dominant view of the street. The apartment has been recently renovated, is very well equipped and benefits from a privileged location: the beach is accessible in less than 300 meters, and the first shops (pharmacy, bakery, newsagents/tobacco) are 550 meters away. Although there is no dedicated parking lot, parking in the neighborhood is free and easy. Animals are not allowed.
