Basque-Style Home in Arcachon - 600m to Beach, 3 BR, Terraces, A/C, Pet Friendly

ARCACHON, A FEW STEPS FROM NOTRE-DAME BASILICA OF ARCACHON
Just 600 meters from the beach, in a peaceful residential area, this single-storey Basque-style house of approximately 85 m² offers terraces and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Upon entering, you discover a spacious air-conditioned living room, incorporating a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and a Nespresso coffee maker. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a central island. The living room, which opens onto the rear terrace, is pleasantly furnished with armchairs, a sofa and a television. The master bedroom, a master suite, includes a 160 bed, a private bathroom with WC and a washing machine. Two other bedrooms: one is equipped with a 160 cm bed (air-conditioned) and the other offers two 90 cm beds. The house also has an additional bathroom and separate WC.
Enjoy two beautiful furnished terraces: one at the front of the villa and a second, more spacious and intimate, at the back.
Parking is easy and free on the street. The house is equipped with internet/WIFI, is easy to maintain and benefits from an optimal layout. It benefits from an excellent geographical location, with shops (Carrefour Market, tobacco/press, pharmacy) just 400 meters away and the Arcachon municipal market 900 meters away. Please note: The mezzanine is inaccessible (staircase blocked) and tenants are not authorized to access it. A storeroom (former garage not allowing parking of a vehicle) is available.
Animals are accepted with the prior agreement of the owners. Sheets and towels are provided, and departure cleaning as well as “cancellation” insurance are included in the rental.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.

Très belle région.

Location très bien bien située. Dommage pour se garer certains jours pas de place devant la maison obligé de se garer à un quart d'heure de la location donc avec les courses c'est très pénible.
