「We had freezing temperatures in Florida and when i found out this cottage does not have any heat I contacted the host and said we can't stay there with no heat and Pia assured me that an electric fire place was installed and there is a space heater, however the electric fire place does not heat the room and the space heater was miniature so we froze to death all night and were so miserable. Pia did refund us 100. but a full refund would have been more acceptable. Do not stay here when it's cold...

「i had requested that I receive clean towels as well as emptying the garbages on day 2, of 4, & it was never done. The receptionist had requested this service & staff did not comply. As a result i requested a new room for the remaining 2 nights which they provided for me. They apologized, yet the service was lacking for a Hilton. The breakfast I would have expected some yogurt or fruit & this was not the case. Wawa was my morning choice even though "breakfast" was included. No thank you.」
