「This home is an absolute gem in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood! It’s a fantastic mix of antique charm and modern conveniences. The location is superb — a perfect jumping off point to Eureka, Ferndale, and the Redwood National and State Parks. The Humboldt Community Forest trails are just a few steps off the backyard. My kids loved the basketball hoop! We feel so lucky this listing was available for our trip, and we would book again in a heartbeat.」

「Easy checkin and checkout. The host was very accomodating. While the place is small, it met all my needs. I enjoyed the shower as it was hot almost immediately. I walked back and forth to Cal Poly Humbolt (it took about 20 minutes) and it was convenient.Thanks for everything...」

「The place was clean and bedding comfortable. The 2 bedroom listing was a bit deceiving, the 2nd bedroom also includes the kitchenette, dining area and no living or lounging space. The space was very tiny and cramped. The 1 bedroom was a nice size and the bathroom was in there. There was only 1 window and it was high on the wall. The outdoor space was very small. For me it felt a bit claustrophobic and not worth the price we paid.」

「This is a delightful location. It's very peaceful and quiet. The burgeoning garden outside the door is lovely! It's possible to walk up the street and right onto a hiking path through a redwood forest, and have the path essentially all to yourself. Julia went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had in making my reservation. She's a kind and hospitable host! Highly recommended.」

「Tout était parfait! Pour avoir réservé plusieurs appartements, maisons, condos, nous pouvons dire que c'est la première fois que nous avons une maison aussi bien équipée (équipements de qualité). Maison très bien située près des restaurants et marchés et à quelques minutes de marche de l'université Cal Poly Humboldt.
Rien de négatif.」

「This cute cottage sits behind the main house, and you enter it through a one lane alley. It is decorated very nicely, was very clean and well supplied. The yard was nice - outside patio and a barbecue (we didn’t use). Nice flowers. It was quiet and close to a Safeway for groceries. We slept in the smaller bedroom as the bed was closer to the floor. It was comfy! Its location is perfect for exploring both North and South along this beautiful coast. Be aware though, that the gate you are required...
