「Most staffs were very nice. But there was a receptionist who was very unhelpful and dismissive. THE MOST HORRIBLE thing was, after we left our negative experience at the hotel feedback system using the rooms tablet, that staff came knocking at the front of our room at 9 pm confronting us with very intimidating and rude language. We tried to request to see a manager or at least other staffs. But our request was responded like NO ONE will help you. So we went for help in the restaurant. The...

「It was great」

「Absolutely loved my stay here. Gorgeous apartment style room away from the crowds of Florence.」

「房間分佈合理，除shower room is a bit small.

「What a amazing house the decoration is so elegance, the staff and owner were so freindly we had a very good.night in there the location is quite good we strong recommend!」

「Beautiful and large room in historic building. Staff were very helpful and very conveniently located. Loved our stay of one week.」

「Everything is perfect .Highly recommend 💯」

「The location is great, just near the old bridge, and quiet. There is a good restaurant just around the corner. No breakfast but we can cook in the kitchen and the room is big with 2 bedrooms and a living room, and upstairs space with 2 single beds...perfect.」

「Very good. Clean .good dtandard」

「Muito limpo e bem localizado」

「Is a bit far from terminal and place of tourism.」
