“Stunning property with exceptional staff. The room was very large, well lit, had multiple reading and sitting areas, and was beautifully decorated. “We are a family of 4 who had the pleasure in staying at the Fornace Suites. The staff is very friendly. Although their lobby isn't 24 hour we were given numbers on how to reach staff if there were any issues or needed anything. We had one issue the first night but the host assisted us as soon as possible and all was fine. The room was absolutely exquisite and comfortable for a family of 4. Clean and amenities were great. Lighting could be a little better in the bathroom but the weather was hot……

“We had a great stay here. The hotel was clean, safe, and well-kept, with friendly staff and a very comfortable, firm bed that looked brand new. If your room faces the street, you’ll have a lovely river view, though it can be a bit noisy at times. The location is excellent — all major attractions are within a 10–25 minute walk.
The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, but there’s a supermarket just 5–10 minutes away where you can easily find everything you need. The TV includes YouTube and other……

“Small and a bit old hotel but have good location by the side of river Arno. Just few minutes walk to Ufizzi museum. We stayed there 6 nights and got upgraded to Suite apartment. Nice breakfast. “We loved our stay at Benci! It’s in a prime location and surprisingly quiet, given it’s above a bar. Super clean, cute, and comfortable. If you have a larger checked bag be aware there are steps up to the guest house, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The bar downstairs (Moyo Bar) is also very hospitable and a great spot for an espresso or drink. We had a car and the parking garage Benci recommended was close and easy to find. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!”
