“I loved my stay at Maison Santa Croce. It is easy to get to; the taxi left me right at the door. The staff at the reception were nice and welcoming, and explained the details of getting in at night, including the codes, perfectly well. “We are a family of 4 who had the pleasure in staying at the Fornace Suites. The staff is very friendly. Although their lobby isn't 24 hour we were given numbers on how to reach staff if there were any issues or needed anything. We had one issue the first night but the host assisted us as soon as possible and all was fine. The room was absolutely exquisite and comfortable for a family of 4. Clean and amenities were great. Lighting could be a little better in the bathroom but the weather was hot……

“We loved our stay at Benci! It’s in a prime location and surprisingly quiet, given it’s above a bar. Super clean, cute, and comfortable. If you have a larger checked bag be aware there are steps up to the guest house, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The bar downstairs (Moyo Bar) is also very hospitable and a great spot for an espresso or drink. We had a car and the parking garage Benci recommended was close and easy to find. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!”

“This hotel is on the 3rd floor of a historic building. There are no elevators (which I knew beforehand). The stairs are not for the faint of heart. We got one key card for our room, so we had to co-ordinate. Also, when we arrived, we had to check in using the codes although we arrived before 4 PM. This was not a big deal but I wanted to mention. The location is awesome. The rooms were spacious and clean. The communication was good.”
