“我住三晚，第一晚我不能入睡，因為很凍，第二天我問服務員怎樣？她叫一位工作人員幫我把空調轉做29度熱氣，我第二和第三日都很好。車泊在屋仔隔離，很方便。還有巴士站在70米附近去名聖車行29分鐘。我很喜歡。”

“Nice clean and comfortable beds, if you are looking just to sleep without having hotel amenities, this is the perfect place. Friendly staff, easy access by train or bus, clean bathrooms. I'll definitely recommend specialy for large groups as we whole family 6 of us stayed in the same room and all have their own comfortable beds.”

“Spacious room junior suite. Nice to have option of 2 swimming pools Unfortunately spa facilities not available when we stayed in July 2026. Looks like opened recently so still scaling up. Overall staff friendly and helpful. It is around 20-25 mins from Florence centre costs around 30eiroa each way but faorly easy to get can from main stn and a few taxi ranks in centre . Worth staying to save on monies compared to city hotels”

“We stayed for a week in July 2026. The hotel was recently refurbished so everything is new. It was the middle of a heat wave and the aircon was fantastic, almost too cold (but the staff can adjust further if needed). The family room was spacious for the three of us. The usual amenities are available - but they provided a steamer rather than ironing board and iron (I have not asked if this was available). Has USB A and USB C charging ports in the room. It has lift access so no lugging suitcases……

“the location is good. everything is just ok. you paid what you get”

“After the second cleaning, i notice there are sand-like stuff on the floor of toilet area, it felt gritty and uncomfortable. I walked barefoot in the room as there were no slippers provided and I didnt bring one with me. The second morning when I was in the toilet, I accidentally stepped on something and it was painful. I realised I was bleeding. It was a tiny piece of debris? (I was guessing its a debris from the wall because of the shiny surface, but I can’t tell). This is not what I expected……

“A very nice and special hotel. Staff were very helpful( nothing like what I saw on other websites about the “special” hotel experiences in different cities.). I would like to stay there again in future. Hotel Location is very good , close to train station and near other major attractions. Btw, the deco in the toilet is a marble classic! ( didn’t have enough time to enjoy other hotel services since it was a short trip)”
